Our Miso Ginger sausage balances the deep umami of miso with the bright, zesty warmth of fresh ginger, creating a rich and savory flavor with a hint of sweetness.

Our pork is sourced from Mountain View Farms in Waiʻanae, Oʻahu, where their pigs are raised using the Korean Natural Farming method, a technique that uses microorganisms to support a healthy farming ecosystem. Their pigs are fed a 100% vegetarian diet and are never treated with antibiotics or steroids. 

Ingredients: Hawaiian pork, miso (fermented whole soybeans, rice koji (rice, koji spores [aspergillus oryzae], sea salt), ginger, granulated garlic, chili flake, sugar, and Kosher salt (Recipe created by Chuck Wakeman, Butcher & Bird)

Raised, harvested, and processed in Hawaiʻi with important ingredients

Safe Handling Instructions
